刪除帳號與資料

在 App 內刪除
- 登入要刪除的帳號。
- 開啟「設定 → 帳號與同步」。
- 選擇「刪除帳號與雲端資料」，按畫面確認；可能需要重新登入。
無法使用 App？
請從已註冊的信箱寄信至 cletuspjohnruainec@gmail.com，主旨填「White Space 帳號刪除」，說明要刪除帳號及雲端資料。我們會核對帳號所有權並回覆處理進度。不要提供密碼、驗證碼或身分證件。
會刪除什麼？
登入帳號、雲端清單與筆記、圖片及附件、分享連結和安心備份會一併刪除。操作無法復原，請先匯出需要的資料。其他裝置已匯出的本機備份、收件人已下載的分享副本不會被遠端刪除。Google Play 的交易紀錄依 Google 政策保留；請另外在 Google Play 取消訂閱。
Request deletion without the app
Email cletuspjohnruainec@gmail.com from your registered address, with subject “White Space account deletion”, requesting removal of your account and cloud data. We will verify ownership and reply with progress. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents.
You can also delete in the app: Settings → Account and sync → Delete account and cloud data. This permanently removes the authentication account, cloud lists, notes, attachments, shares and backups. Exported local backups and copies downloaded by recipients are outside our control. Google Play retains its own transaction records; cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play.
